Terms of Use

1. Scope and publisher

These terms apply to the current skills-only agenticintegrationhub plugin and its accompanying information pages, published independently by Rameshkumar Varanganti at agenticintegrationhub.com. Use the service only if you can lawfully agree to the applicable terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

Your use of ChatGPT or another AI host, connected tools, cloud platforms, and third-party software is also governed by their own agreements. These terms do not amend those agreements or grant access to those services.

2. What the current release provides

The plugin provides instructions, reference material, technical explanations, architecture recommendations, and code or configuration examples. It does not itself provide a hosted MCP gateway/router, a connection to your enterprise tenants, production monitoring, code execution, deployment, or transaction processing. Any external action depends on separately available tools and your authorization.

Technical support, vendor capabilities, protocol versions, product entitlements, and availability can change. The plugin is not an official vendor support service, certification, audit, or guarantee of compatibility.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use only systems, data, and credentials you are authorized to access.
• Review output for accuracy, compatibility, security, licensing, and suitability for your environment.
• Test code and configuration in a controlled environment before production use. Maintain appropriate backups, change controls, rollback plans, and duplicate-protection measures.
• Remove secrets, personal information, and confidential content before sharing examples or requesting support.
• Comply with applicable laws, organizational policies, platform terms, and third-party licenses.

Do not use the plugin to bypass security controls, obtain unauthorized access, expose another person’s confidential information, or facilitate unlawful activity.

4. Intellectual property

Original plugin instructions and publisher-authored website content are associated with Rameshkumar Varanganti and Agentic Integration Hub. Third-party trademarks, logos, documentation, software, and other materials remain with their respective owners. Preserve applicable notices and comply with the licenses attached to any code or other material you use.

These terms do not claim ownership over third-party material or override any applicable host-provider terms governing generated output. No affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship by a referenced vendor is implied.

5. Availability and charges

This skills-only release contains no purchase, checkout, or publisher subscription feature. Your AI host, cloud services, model providers, or other third parties may impose their own access requirements, fees, usage limits, or geographic restrictions. These terms do not promise free third-party services or uninterrupted worldwide access.

Features and distribution may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Public listing, access, and installation remain subject to the platform’s availability and applicable rules.

6. Guidance and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the plugin and information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. Generated examples may contain errors or outdated details. No statement here excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The material is technical assistance, not legal, financial, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Obtain appropriate review for high-impact decisions.

7. Responsibility for implementation

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement a recommendation and for authorizing actions in your own systems. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the plugin. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
