Get help

For questions, bug reports, incorrect technical guidance, or privacy inquiries, use the Agentic Integration Hub contact page. Include the plugin name, a short description, the relevant prompt and expected behavior. Do not send API keys, access tokens, passwords, customer data, or confidential payloads.

Before reporting an issue

• Check whether the SAP feature is generally available, in preview, or tenant-specific.
• Describe the adapter, runtime, input format and error message, with any confidential values removed.
• For code or architecture answers, request official documentation references and independently test in a nonproduction tenant.

Capabilities and limitations

The current skills-only plugin provides guidance and examples. It does not independently connect to SAP tenants, execute Groovy or XSLT, deploy iFlows, or guarantee live access to current SAP documentation. Future MCP capabilities, if introduced, will require an updated description and policies.
