SAP CPI iFlow Builder Terms of Service

Effective date: October 27, 2026. These terms apply to the current skills-only release of SAP CPI iFlow Builder. Please read them before using the plugin or its accompanying source materials.

1. Publisher and scope

SAP CPI iFlow Builder is an independent project created by Rameshkumar Varanganti through Agentic Integration Hub. It is not developed, sponsored, endorsed, or operated by SAP SE, OpenAI, Microsoft, or other technology vendors. These terms cover the publisher's plugin instructions and accompanying materials; use of ChatGPT and third-party services is also subject to the applicable provider terms.

2. Current functionality

The current release provides SAP Cloud Integration design guidance and includes source code for a local, template-based iFlow ZIP generator. The plugin itself is skills-only. It does not currently run a hosted MCP service, create downloadable ZIPs automatically within ChatGPT, connect to your SAP tenant, or commit files to Git repositories. Any future capabilities will be documented when actually released.

3. Permitted use and user responsibilities

You may use the available guidance and accompanying materials for lawful integration design, learning, testing and development, subject to any applicable third-party rights or separate source-code licenses. You are responsible for:

4. Sensitive data and security

Do not include passwords, access tokens, private keys, connection secrets, confidential business records or personal data in prompts, uploaded examples or issue reports. Prefer test data, placeholders, externalized parameters and SAP credential aliases. The publisher does not guarantee that example configurations are secure or suitable for a specific organization's environment.

5. Generated artifacts and technical limitations

Generated or modified integration artifacts, code snippets, mappings and examples may contain errors, incomplete settings or incompatibilities with SAP Cloud Integration versions and tenants. A ZIP that is structurally valid is not necessarily importable or deployable. No output is represented as SAP-certified or tested against your tenant unless this is explicitly documented. You remain responsible for validation, security review, deployment and operation.

6. SAP and third-party materials

References to SAP Business Accelerator Hub, SAP integration packages, SDKs, platform documentation and other third-party content are provided for convenience. Your use of such materials is governed by the respective owners' licenses, terms and access restrictions. This project does not grant rights to proprietary SAP or third-party content.

7. Availability, changes and fees

The current plugin is offered without a separate fee from the publisher. Third-party platform subscriptions, hosting, SAP services, network access or infrastructure may involve separate costs. Features, documentation and availability may change, and the publisher may update or discontinue the project. No service-level commitment is provided for this skills-only release.

8. No warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the plugin and its accompanying materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of correctness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. This does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the plugin, including integration outages, data loss or deployment errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy and third-party platforms

For information about the plugin's current data handling, see the SAP CPI iFlow Builder Privacy Policy. Prompts and files submitted through ChatGPT are also subject to OpenAI's applicable policies and user settings. Website inquiries are handled through Agentic Integration Hub's contact facilities.

11. Future MCP and repository capabilities

Hosted artifact generation, SAP tenant connectivity and Git repository publishing are planned but not available in the current skills-only plugin. If introduced, they may require additional terms, permissions and clear user authorization for actions affecting external systems. These terms should be updated before those capabilities are released.

12. Updates and contact

These terms may be revised as the project evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Questions can be sent through the Agentic Integration Hub contact page.
